At missterverse.com, the cost of shipping protection is included at no additional charge for every order. This service is automatically added and selected in your cart. By offering this service, all MissterVerse customers will receive full coverage for the situations specified below:

Scenario 1 Loss Coverage

  • Domestic Orders: Packages shipped from a local warehouse are considered lost if they are not marked as “Delivered” by the carrier within 30 days of shipment.
  • International Orders: For shipments originating from an overseas location (e.g., our factory in China), packages are deemed lost if not marked as “Delivered” within 60 days of shipment.
  • Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received: If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, it will be treated as lost if you provide adequate proof of non-delivery.

In all such cases, Xcotton will provide compensation in the form of a replacement or refund, up to the original purchase price of the item.

Scenario 2 Damage Coverage

If your package is damaged during shipping, Xcotton will provide a replacement or refund. However, the reimbursement will not exceed the item’s original purchase price.

Scenario 3 Misdelivery by Courier

If the delivery address provided differs from the one listed in your order details, Xcotton will cover the costs of correcting the delivery address, subject to prior approval.

  • Lost Packages: Submit your claim within 90 days of the order date if the package has not been marked as “Delivered.”
  • Delivered but Not Received: Claims must be filed within 7 days of the “Delivered” tracking update.
  • Damaged Packages: Report damage within 7 days of the “Delivered” update.
  • Misdeliveries: Notify Xcotton immediately upon noticing the issue.
